Applewood bacon crumbles, shredded Colby jack and house-made white queso cheese, minced green onions, served with a side of buttermilk ranch.

Boneless Chicken

Classic boneless chicken tossed in your choice sauce and served with celery and a choice of buttermilk ranch or blue cheese. 

In-House Smoked Traditional Wings

Slow smoked, marinaded, and flash fried jumbo wings. Hand tossed in your choice of sauce and served with celery and a choice of buttermilk ranch or blue cheese.

         Shaved Sirloin Steak and Cheese       

CHFB’s own take on a classic, prepared with choice-level shaved sirloin, white American cheese, sliced caramelized onions, shredded lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.

 Take it up a notch? Add peppers/mushrooms/jalapenos.

                      Grilled Chicken Club                    

We start by marinating and slow smoking the chicken breast, then finish it off on the grill with applewood bacon, white American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.

              Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich         

In-house slow smoked pulled pork, served with choice of BBQ sauce or Plain, on brioche bun and chopped dill pickles.

            CHFB Smash Burger         

(2) Hand pressed thin-style smash burger patties, crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside, layered with white American cheese, lettuce, tomato, diced onions, chopped dill pickles and our house made CHFB sauce.
