Style: Schwarzbier
Schwarzbier, meaning ‘Black Beer’ in German, is a centuries-old beer style originating in Europe. It has a similar malt profile to a stout since it uses roasted malts to achieve its dark color. Unlike stouts, Schwarzbier’s are brewed much lighter and less hoppy than stouts and are fermented cold with lager
yeast. Black Sheep Lager features a roasted and chocolatey flavor but finishes clean with minimal residual sweetness.
CHOCOLATE SWIRL IMPERIAL STOUT

With chocolate and vanilla…For those looking for something big and bold, this is your best bet. We started with a robust imperial stout featuring malty flavors of coffee, toast, and caramel. This beer was patiently fermented cold with American Ale Yeast for a clean flavor without any acrid or overly alcoholic flavors found in some imperial beers. To top it off, we aged it over Ecuador origin cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans.
VALLEY SUN KOLSCH

Back by popular demand, our Kölsch has made its triumphant return! If you like old fashioned light beers, give this one a try. This beer achieves its flavor with a delicate balance between honey notes from Pilsner malt and bright, floral German Hallertau hops. This Kölsch uses a German Ale yeast fermented cold to create a crisp, dry beer that finishes with a slightly malty backbone.
GUAVABERRY GROVE SOUR ALE

HOHLE HUGLE MARZEN

PONY EXPRESS PORTER

A medium bodied American Porter with rich character of chocolate, caramel and roasted grains. Slight hop bitterness and a full finish round out this dark ale.
BLACK CHERRY SELTZER

Our latest hard seltzer features a dry palate, plenty of fizziness, and a hint of Black Cherry. Unlike everything else we brew; this beverage does not use any hops or grain in the recipe. This makes our craft seltzer an excellent option for those who are sensitive to hops or those with gluten allergies.
KINGS GRANT IMPERIAL IPA
ABV: 7.8%
Style: IPA
A tradition continues. Using our very own Cave Hill Cascade and Chinook Hops we plan on making this a yearly special release. This Imperial IPA is brewed with extra caramel malts for more depth and character with a beautiful red color. Late addition kettle and dry hops are 100% Cave Hill grown. Taste is Spice, Pine, and Grapefruit with notes of Warming Honey and Brown Bread with a lingering bitterness. An extremely easy drinker!
